8 a.m.–1 p.m.

Discover the Support, Kinship, and Opportunities available to Indigenous students at Arizona State University. Connect with faculty, students, and campus resources, explore academic programs and pathways, and attend breakout sessions covering admissions, scholarships, and on-campus support. Meet student organizations at the Indigenous Student Organization & Resource Fair, reflect on your next steps, and continue celebrating community at the 37th Annual ASU Pow Wow Grand Entry following the program.

Hosted by Admission Services, Office of American Indian Initiatives, and American Indian Student Support Services.

ASU recognizes the 22 tribal nations that include the original inhabitants of the land on which ASU is situated, and further acknowledge the innovations in the region’s canal system that Indigenous peoples designed centuries ago that continues to make the area livable today.

7:30 a.m. —  Arrival, Check-In, & Student Organization & Resource Fair
Light breakfast and connect with Indigenous student organizations and campus partners.

8:30 a.m.Welcome & Program Overview
Kick off the day with a warm welcome and learn why “finding your community” at ASU is key to a successful and meaningful college experience.

9 a.m.Voices of Belonging: Indigenous Student Stories
Hear from current students as they share their journeys, experiences, and sense of community at ASU.

9 a.m.  — Academic Pathways for Tribal Communities
Discover ASU academic programs that can have a direct impact on tribal communities. ASU Alumni and students will share how different majors connect to careers, community initiatives, and service opportunities.

9:45 a.m.  — Family & Student Split Sessions
Families and students will split into separate sessions tailored to their unique needs, offering guidance for supporters and a reflective space for students to explore their potential ASU experience.

10:30 a.m.  — Breakout Sessions

Interactive discussions with experts to explore ASU resources, supports, and pathways that guide Indigenous students through applying, enrolling, and thriving on campus.

12:00 p.m.  — Visual Campus Experience
 Explore ASU through student perspectives, campus spaces, and Indigenous community highlights.

1 p.m. — Programming Ends

Wrap up the day with final remarks and reminders. Following the program, guests may choose to attend the 37th Annual ASU Pow Wow, a separate event hosted by ASU.
