Explore ASU Registration

Thank you for your interest in our Fall 2023 Explore ASU Counselor Visit Program.  We have reached capacity for our Fall 2023 event.  We are currently working on securing our Spring 2024 date and as a recepient of the invite, you will be the first invited to our event.

Please email Kelsey Singleton with any questions you may have at: [email protected].

Admission Services is excited to host you for our Fall 2023 Explore ASU Counselor Visit Program, November 15 through November 17.  In addition to the visit, you will have the opportunity to extend your visit to attend ASU's home football game against the University of Oregon on November 18.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to experience ASU's multiple campus locations in Phoenix, Arizona and how the university has transformed into one of the leading universities in the world. On your visit you will learn what support the university is providing to students to ensure their success, have an impact in their community, and focus on future outcomes. Your flight, lodging (single rooms) and meals will be provided by ASU during your visit to campus.  We also allow (and enjoy having) your spouse/partner attend evening dinners and events if they would like to travel with you, flight costs for them would be a personal cost that ASU is unable to reimburse for.

In order to coordinate an exceptional experience our visit is limited to 30 participants and the invite is intended only for the intended invitee.  We kindly ask that you do not forward or share this invite with others.  If you are unable to attend this semester's event please let us know and we will roll your name to our Spring Explore ASU Registration that will take place in the early spring of 2024 or you may share this invite with a colleague at your school that could attend in your place.

“At its core, I think that ASU is thinking more clearly about the role of a large university in the 21st century than any other school in the country. They are willing to confront the opportunities and challenges and make bold (radical even) changes that maximize the positives. The benefits of that can be seen in the programs, the advising, and the excitement on campus.” –  Counselor Participant Visit Survey

Wednesday, November 15 – Arrival Prior to 3 p.m. with Evening Welcome to ASU Dinner

Thursday, November 16 – Visit West Campus and Downtown Campus

Friday, November 17 – Departure after 6pm

OR
Optional Extra Stay to Attend ASU vs University of Oregon Football Game

ASU will cover your hotel costs for Friday, November 17 and Saturday, November 18 to experience historic Mill Avenue and Downtown Tempe, enjoy the warm Arizona sun and cheer on the Sun Devils as they take on the University of Oregon in football. Most past counselor attendees take advantage of this option.

We strongly recommend attendees who are visiting from Central and Eastern time zones depart on Saturday vs Friday if they are not participating in the Game Day Experience as there are more limited flight options on Friday evenings from Phoenix Sky Harbor and Arizona does not participate in daylight savings time.  Our team will be providing detailed information about travel booking and can provide recommendations based upon your needs.
