Thank you for registering to attend a tour of the ASU California Center, including an information session. Below, you’ll find information on your check-in location and parking, and other important details based on the day and time you selected. Please refer to your confirmation email for specifics about your visit.

We require all visitors to register before arriving. Learn more about the ASU California Center and register for a tour here. Tours are available based on specific days and times.

The ASU California Center is located in downtown Los Angeles, which observes Pacific time. Arizona doesn't observe daylight saving time, so when scheduling your California visit, please note the local time.

Experience ASU

Schedule

Programming includes an admission presentation and tour, based on availability.

Check in between 12:30 and 1 p.m.
1 p.m. — Programming begins.
1:30 p.m. — Tour of the ASU California Center.
3 p.m. — Programming expected to end.

Parking

There are several options for ASU California Center visitors. Find more information on parking.

Traveling by personal vehicle. There are several public parking garages and surface lots nearby that offer hourly and daily visitor parking. We cannot guarantee parking validation for all events.
Traveling by bus. The drop-off location is by the angel statue at the entrance of the ASU California Center Grand, located at 919 S. Grand Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90015.
Traveling by Metro. The ASU California Center is two blocks from the 7th St./Metro Center, connected to the A, B, D and E rail lines and J busway.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your check-in time so you have time to park (if necessary) and walk to the designated check-in location.

10:15 a.m. — Academic breakout sessions.
11 a.m. — Tour of the ASU California Center.

Event check-in begins at 9 a.m. (Pacific time) at the ASU California Center - Broadway building. When you arrive, please make sure that you and all accompanying guests sign in at the check-in table in the first floor lobby. To ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable experience, please check in at least 15 minutes before your visit start time.

Check-in for Experience ASU
Event check-in begins at 12:45 p.m. (Pacific time) at the ASU California Center - Grand building. When you arrive, please make sure that you and all accompanying guests sign in with security on the first floor. To ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable experience, please check in at least 15 minutes before your visit start time.
