Group Visit Registration Form

Bring a group to Campus

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a group tour at Arizona State University! If you wish to bring 10 or more High School students grades 9th through 12th or College Transfer students to campus for a visit, please review the following information carefully:

Group Tour Reservations:

Group Tour offerings vary based on campus location. Available tour times are from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Requests for group tours are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and may be restricted during peak visitation seasons.

Your group’s visit will consist of a 60-minute campus tour and a 30-minute University Information Session. Feel free to ask your campus visit coordinator about additional opportunities available on campus.

Your tour is not confirmed until you receive an email that includes tour date, time, location, and directions. This email will be sent directly from an ASU Campus Visit Coordinator.

Group Tour Guidelines:

In order to offer a superior visit experience for your group, we provide the following guidelines:

Group Size
During most visit days, we can accommodate groups up to 100 in size.

Timely Arrival
Prior to your visit, you will receive an itinerary for the day. Please arrive on time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we will be unable to accommodate your group, as our Devils’ Advocates Student Tour Guides are not available outside of the scheduled window.

Cancellation Notice
If you find it necessary to cancel your visit, please provide appropriate notification of this cancellation prior to the day of the scheduled visit to the Campus Visit Coordinator who confirmed your group visit.

Chaperones
One chaperone is required for every 10 students and/or guests. Chaperones must accompany the group on the 60-minute walking campus tour and are expected to monitor the behavior of each student and/or guest during the entire campus visit. Should a group arrive without adequate chaperones, some activities (including the campus tour) will be cancelled.

Weather The campus visit will include a substantial amount of walking. Please encourage each student and/or guest to dress appropriately with comfortable clothing, walking shoes, and bring a bottle of drinking water.
*During the warm summer season, walking campus tours are only offered in the early morning.

Campus Lunch
Groups are welcome to bring their own sack lunches, however our office is unable to store anything.

Conduct
Please ensure your students and/or guests show respect to the university, its faculty, staff, and students during your group visit. Failure to do so may result in early conclusion of the visit. Arizona State University also reserves the right to restrict any future visits by a group, should conduct be an issue.

Group Visit Requirements

Advance planning
Students must be organized into groups with one chaperone for every 10 students prior to arrival. Visitors with special needs can be accommodated by contacting the Campus Visit Coordinator several days in advance. Visiting groups must provide their itinerary and group leader/chaperone contact information to the Campus Visit Coordinator prior to arrival.

Timeliness
Arriving on time and sticking to the schedule are important since many tour activities are led by Arizona State University students. Groups that cannot meet the schedule are asked to contact the Campus Visit Coordinator immediately to make alternate arrangements. Self-guided walking tours will be provided for groups arriving more than 20 minutes late. Other activities may be cancelled for late arrivals.

Supervision while on campus
Groups must provide at least one adult chaperone for every 10 student visitors. Chaperones must stay with the group at all times.

Chaperones are required to discipline and control their students while on campus. This includes making sure that students refrain from using cell phones and other electronic devices during tours and presentations, and that students pick up any leftover food, paper supplies or other items before leaving. The visiting organization is liable for any damage to Arizona State University property during its visit.

Group Tour Parking
Information on additional parking options is available at: https://cfo.asu.edu/parking
Visitor parking will NOT be validated.
